Job Summary
Lead client-facing incrementality testing and experimentation initiatives across paid and owned marketing channels. Serve as a strategic partner to marketing, measurement, and analytics stakeholders on testing design, interpretation, and decision-making. Drive development of and adoption of Claude Code and AI-enabled workflows to improve testing efficiency, scalability, and delivery quality. Manage multiple concurrent testing workstreams in a fast-paced embedded client environment. Coordinate across data science, analytics, and operations teams to drive high-quality delivery and actionable insights. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members while promoting rigor and operational excellence across the testing program. 5+ years of experience in marketing experimentation, incrementality testing, or related analytics roles. Expertise in statistical methods and experimental design (A/B testing, statistical significance, power analysis). Demonstrated ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Experience building and leading analytics teams or mentoring junior analysts.
Required Qualifications
