Data Science and Analytics Manager

Manage employees performing engineering and technical activities in the fields of Data Science and Systems Engineering. Develop and execute business plans, policies, and procedures while defining, developing, and deploying predictive and prescriptive analytic solutions for product and manufacturing processes. Acquire resources, manage suppliers, and lead process improvements. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports. Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes. Manage, develop, and motivate the team.
