Job Summary
Lead a multi-skilled analytics team delivering Data Science, Data Engineering, BI, Reporting and Automation for Boeing's Finance Analytics (FS&A). As a First Line Manager, provide people-focused leadership, coaching, mentorship and career development while driving technical excellence. Develop and execute the team’s strategy and roadmap, oversee technical approaches and governance, and partner with architects, infrastructure, project managers, and compliance to deliver world-class analytics solutions across Finance. Foster cross-functional collaboration, maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders, and ensure operational maturity through agile practices, code reviews, and robust governance. Strong emphasis on AI/ML, data analytics, and performance optimization within finance domains; require effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences. Summary pay range: $173,400 – $234,600.
