Job Summary
Design and maintain data analytics solutions across the organization, translating business needs into actionable insights and reporting through Power BI. Collaborate with management and company directors to identify opportunities, implement new analytical solutions, and enhance existing ones that support data-driven decision-making and drive operational efficiency. Utilize Python, SQL, and statistics to build models and communicate results that transform raw data into strategic assets. Occasional travel of up to 20% supports business operations across company locations.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, matplotlib/seaborn) or R
- Strong SQL skills - writing complex queries, CTEs, window functions
- Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and business reporting
- Solid understanding of statistics
- Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows
- Strong communication skills - ability to tell a story with data
- This role may require occasional travel, up to approximately 20% of the time, to support business operations across company locations
