Job Summary
Lead a high-performing team of data analysts, scientists, and programmers to deploy supply chain solutions; translate ambiguous business needs into structured frameworks; oversee execution of data projects; champion a data-first culture across the organization; collaborate with executive stakeholders to drive supply chain stability; bridge data infrastructure, statistical modeling, and business strategy; partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable data solutions, uncover actionable insights, and measure business performance; manage, develop and motivate employees; develop and execute project plans; acquire resources for projects and processes; provide technical management of suppliers and ensure policy/procedure alignment; build relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports; provide vision, oversight, and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years experience with SQL and programming languages such as Python or R
- 5+ years hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
- 5+ years of experience in developing and delivering presentations to executive leadership
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience leading teams in data analytics or data science (preferred)
- Experience building and deploying machine learning and AI models in a production environment (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related quantitative field (preferred)
- Cloud familiarity (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed computing tools (Spark, Hadoop) (preferred)
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable data solutions
- U.S. export control compliance considerations and COI alignment (explicit in posting)
- Shift: 1st shift; on-site requirements at Everett/Auburn, WA
