Job Summary
Deliver analytical work with business execution to support AIA's vision of Healthier, Longer, Better Lives. Produce best practice analytics solutions that drive business growth, customer experience, and efficiency while collaborating with the Insights team and business users. Build statistical, predictive, and propensity models using SQL, Python, or R to ensure analytics work meets business pace and delivers measurable success. Create replicable best practices across markets and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Masters in any relevant field of study
- 3 years' data science related experience
- Expert in programming-based analytics with experience in two or more of the following languages: - SQL, R, Python
- Proven experience in building statistical models, segmentations, predictive and propensity models (e.g. clustering, predictive models, neural network, scenario analysis, conceptual modelling, hypothesis testing)
- Good understanding of design and machine learning algorithm principles
- Good understanding of machine learning model management principles and practices
- Able to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary and competitive environment
- Strong analytical skills, deductive reasoning, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Able to collaborate with other teams to drive positive outcomes
- Strong business acumen and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive business outcomes
Desired Qualifications
- Added bonus if candidate has experiences over Big Data platform (especially unstructured data) and deep learning
