Job Summary
Design and develop AI capabilities including NLP, GenAI, and predictive modeling to automate workflows and modernize legacy financial processes. Translate business problems into technical approaches involving data needs and workflow design, then validate assumptions and iterate solutions based on stakeholder feedback. Partner with global Finance teams, analysts, and engineering partners to embed AI into daily operations, communicate complex concepts to senior leaders, and support change management. Ensure all solutions align with enterprise standards for responsible AI while contributing to program planning, milestone delivery, and risk mitigation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field
- 6-10 years of hands-on experience in applied AI, ML engineering, or advanced analytics
- Demonstrated experience building GenAI, LLM, RAG, NLP, or agent-based AI solutions
- Strong background in Finance-related datasets and workflows
- Experience delivering AI capabilities as part of large-scale transformation or modernization programs
- Prior experience working with global or distributed teams
- Strong Python skills and experience developing end-to-end AI/ML pipelines
- Expertise with LLMs, GenAI frameworks, NLP techniques, and agentic AI
- Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, cloud platforms)
- Strong prompt engineering and model-tuning fundamentals
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into concrete AI solutions
- Deep curiosity and willingness to experiment, iterate, and learn
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with senior Finance stakeholders
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
