Job Summary
Data Reporting Specialist at Project for Pride in Living (PPL) supports the Career Readiness team by handling data entry across multiple platforms, ensuring data integrity, and producing regular internal and external reports to support program performance, compliance, and decision-making. Responsibilities include data audits, reconciliation across systems (Apricot, LISC, DCS, Workforce One/WIOA, JAGForce), responding to ad-hoc data requests from leadership, funders, and partners, and verifying eligibility documentation to ensure compliance with funding requirements. The role collaborates with Homeownership and Financial Coaching, LEAP, and Career Services teams to streamline data-entry processes and support enrollment/tracking within workforce or education-related systems. Hours are full-time and exempt; compensation ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 annually depending on qualifications, with comprehensive benefits and a mission-driven work culture.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree preferred in related field (additional experience may substitute for education)
- 2-3 years experience with data entry, service delivery, or related field
