Job Summary
Data & Reporting Analyst responsible for designing, building, and maintaining recurring and ad-hoc reports using advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, data models, complex formulas), analyzing operational/clinical/financial data to identify trends and opportunities, developing dashboards and executive summaries, ensuring data accuracy, tracking KPIs and performance indicators, identifying gaps and root causes, and partnering with operations, clinical leadership, finance, and project teams to support reporting needs. The role emphasizes automation of reporting processes, documentation of data sources and logic, and communication of insights to operational and executive leadership. Preferred experience with Athena reporting and healthcare analytics/tools (Power BI, SQL, Tableau) and supporting executive leadership with strategic reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience including Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and large dataset management
- Experience creating and maintaining operational, financial, or performance reports
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Preferred: Athena reporting experience
- Healthcare analytics, healthcare operations, or population health experience
- Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other BI tools
- Experience supporting executive leadership with strategic reporting and performance analysis
