Job Summary
Data Recovery Technician responsible for initial diagnosis of customer hard drives, moving jobs to other groups, backing up data, and managing data on servers as part of the data recovery process. Requires strong computer competency, attention to detail, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and typing at least 25 words per minute. Education may be Associate/Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
