Job Summary
Data Recovery Engineer - Windows Platform role requiring 1-2 years of IT/Desktop Support experience focused on Windows data recovery. Responsibilities emphasize troubleshooting Windows PC hardware, understanding encryption software, using Terminal, and delivering quality customer service via phone on select projects. Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in an IT/Desktop Support environment with emphasis on corporate support
- Experience with encryption software is a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office products
- Experience and understanding of computer hardware components for troubleshooting and upgrading purposes
- Using Terminal to complete tasks
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Great customer service skills working with customers over the phone on some projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Able to analyze and evaluate customer needs
- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
