Job Summary
Gather end user information and analyze quality of various sources to execute data quality plans. Monitor processes, take corrective actions as needed, and contribute to further development of the sales support tool. Maintain cross-functional communication with internal companies, external Channel Partners, and OEMs to support data quality improvements. Requires two years of experience in data quality, master data, or sales operations, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of SAP or other ERP/CRM systems. English communication skills are essential; proficiency in German is an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Very good analytic skills
- Good understanding of data base structures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work with complex spreadsheets
- Good knowledge in SAP or other ERP and CRM systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration
- Good English communication skills
- 2 years of experience in data quality, master data, sales operations, sales support, CRM/ERP data management, or a related analytical operations role
- Any Graduate
Desired Qualifications
- proficiency in additional languages, such as German
