Data Quality Scientist - AI & Innovation (Credit Risk) | Risk

Job Summary
Utilize AI techniques to develop innovative solutions for optimizing business processes and driving strategic decision-making. Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to extract actionable insights from large datasets, conducting exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to ensure model accuracy. Collaborate with multiple teams to prioritize business problems and work with stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions. Lead and facilitate credit risk monitoring bodies while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Maintain proficiency in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks to deploy advanced analytics supporting Natixis Credit Risk Department objectives.
Required Qualifications
- More than three years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a bank or a financial institution
- Strong background in data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning
- Advanced degree in computer science, data science, machine learning, statistics or a related field
- Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a business environment and with deep learning (genAI)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL, as well as experience with data manipulation and visualization libraries
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, data mining techniques, and predictive modeling approaches
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and experience in developing and deploying AI applications
- Fluent in English with a B2 level
