Job Summary
Data Quality Professional role focusing on delivering accurate, high-quality data for clients in a fully remote, US-based setting. Responsibilities include logging and completing weekly work per deadlines, updating client data according to style guides, researching and validating information from internal and external sources, resolving data discrepancies and merging duplicates, performing general data clean-up per standardized procedures, exercising sound judgment to ensure data accuracy, reviewing audit feedback and implementing coaching guidance, proactively communicating issues with the team, and contributing to team meetings. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and clear written/verbal communication are essential to succeed in a distributed, remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional work experience or similar in a detail-driven role
- strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in virtual settings
- technically proficient and comfortable using software tools and systems
- self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time independently
- pride in work and commitment to delivering high quality
- maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Some college coursework or higher education experience
