Job Summary
Data Quality Manager at HUB24 responsible for end-to-end ownership of the data quality function, leading a team of data professionals, implementing data quality frameworks, controls and business rules, and partnering with Technology, Risk, and Operations to embed best practices and elevate reporting. Role focuses on improving data accuracy, integrity, governance, and risk reduction, with ownership of the InvestigateDQ (IDQ) platform, and collaboration across Finance, Fraud monitoring, and regulatory reporting (e.g., EOFY). Requires leadership experience, strong SQL/data quality tooling skills (IDQ preferred), and ability to drive data-led decisions in a financial services context.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in data quality, governance, and strategy
- Hands-on expertise with SQL and data quality tools (IDQ highly regarded)
- Experience with enterprise data platforms (e.g. Databricks)
- Background in Financial Services (superannuation experience a plus)
- Proven leadership experience developing and mentoring teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into action
- Passion for continuous improvement and leveraging technology to drive outcomes
