Data Quality Lead

Job Summary
Lead and build a high-performing team to define and embed data quality rules, thresholds and monitoring; improve how data is captured, transformed and managed to ensure reliability and end-to-end control effectiveness. Drive ownership across Data Owners and System Owners; strengthen enterprise data capabilities including lineage, metadata and master data practices; deliver reporting that drives action and embed scalable, repeatable approaches across the organisation. Embed practical data standards and controls across processes and collaborate with technology, data and business teams. Represent the organisation in internal and external engagements on data quality and data management. Hybrid working model with 3 days in the Leopardstown (Dublin 18) office, subject to role and business requirements. Key capabilities include developing and empowering teams, eliminating complexity, instilling trust, business partnership and consulting, technical leadership, requirement analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical thinking and sound judgement
- Experience working with data in a business or technical context
- Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate clearly with stakeholders across business and technology
- A proactive, ownership mindset, with the confidence to challenge, ask questions and drive improvements
- An interest in data quality, governance and control, with familiarity in core data concepts (definitions, quality, lineage) and a willingness to deepen expertise
- Proven experience in people leadership
