Job Summary
Review and validate client and contact data across systems, identifying duplicate, outdated, and incomplete records. Research and update information using approved sources while supporting data quality, validation, and migration activities. Maintain project trackers and report findings, escalating issues requiring further review. Collaborate with the Business Development, Marketing, and Pitching Transformation teams on the Client Book Decommission Programme. Work 30 hours weekly in a hybrid model in Warsaw.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Are available at least 30 h/week (within working hours of 9:00 – 17:15)
- Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office365 applications
- Possess strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Show strong organisational and time management skills
- Handle confidential information with discretion
