Job Summary
Design and implement a data governance program, including policies, standards, and frameworks across service lines; establish data flows and processes; oversee Master Data Management for critical property data elements; contribute to Data Stewardship; facilitate cross-functional collaboration to embed governance into projects; and translate data insights into actionable business outcomes. Collaborate with IT, BI, and business teams to improve data quality and processes; create data dictionaries and metadata documentation; and support the Data Governance Lead through independent data and business analysis and research.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in data governance/management within enterprise environments
- Proven client relationship management and consulting skills
- Business analysis experience with strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of database management, data lifecycle, and governance frameworks
- Familiar with Tableau/PowerBI and SQL (as a business user), advanced Excel
