Job Summary
Maintain accuracy, integrity, and consistency of client and object data through account maintenance, validation, and root cause investigation of data issues. Monitor quality metrics, escalate exceptions, and partner with stakeholders to improve data governance and standards. Generate reports and dashboards from client and sales databases to support business planning and decision-making. Manage underbidder reporting, valuation projects across specialist departments, and serve as the key APAC contact for EAV matters. Conduct analyses on client activity, trends, and auction performance to provide market intelligence for senior management. This role supports the Data Quality Team and Client Strategy within Christie's, the world's leading art business, which organizes over 350 live and online auctions annually across 80 specialist categories.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognised university
- 2–3 years of experience working with databases
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong data management and analytical skills
- Proven ability to interpret and analyse complex datasets
- Passion for data quality and accuracy
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and balance short-term demands with longer-term projects
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities and embrace new assignments
