Job Summary
Lead test planning, execution, and reporting for complex, data-driven projects, focusing on data extraction, reconciliation, and validation within Azure Data Lake environments. Manage test data and environment setup while performing ETL/ELT testing and validating source-to-target transformation logic using SQL and Python scripting. Execute QA and test automation across data pipelines, warehouses, and BI dashboards, utilizing Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint for defect tracking and documentation. Requires 6+ years of experience with strong communication skills for stakeholder management; investment or financial services domain exposure is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, reconciliation, and validation
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake
- Proven expertise in ETL / ELT Testing
- Strong capability in Data Validation (source to target, transformation logic, reconciliation)
- Python scripting
- Proven experience in test planning, execution, and reporting for complex, data driven projects
- Strong expertise in test data management and test environment setup
- Hands-on experience in QA and test automation within data platforms such as data pipelines, data warehouses/lakes, and BI reports & dashboards
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint for defect tracking, documentation, and collaboration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
