Job Summary
Support business stakeholders in completing end-to-end Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) documentation and data protection assessments, including DPIAs, LIAs, SPAs, and TIAs. Assess privacy and data protection risks and recommend proportionate, practical mitigation measures. Translate regulatory, legal, and policy requirements into actionable guidance and assessments. Independently manage moderately complex or sensitive processing activities and support escalated requests. Contribute to the continuous improvement of assessment methodologies, templates, and guidance materials. This role requires 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in data protection, privacy compliance, or a related field, with strong knowledge of privacy principles and regulatory frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in data protection, privacy compliance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of privacy principles and data protection regulatory frameworks
- Experience conducting privacy assessments, vendor risk assessments, data breach assessments, and handling Data Subject Requests (DSRs)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Confidence in providing guidance and clarifying privacy-related positions
- Background in technology, information security, risk management, or legal environments
Desired Qualifications
- Privacy certifications such as CIPM, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPT, or CDPSE
- Experience working with privacy management tools
