Job Summary
Hire, train, and mentor data team members while overseeing all product data in NetSuite and E-Commerce systems, including pricing, images, attributes, and descriptions. Manage data gathering tasks such as contacting suppliers, scraping internet data, and extracting information from PDFs or paper documents. Coordinate the team to deliver non-financial reporting on sales segmentation by brand, channel, and category, ensuring data quality across all organization software. Build standardized, documented processes and lead software developers to implement AI solutions for pricing decisions, categorization, and product suggestions. Requires proficiency with large datasets (100,000-500,000) using Excel and Python, Tableau, and knowledge of AI systems.
Required Qualifications
- Must be capable of working with large data sets (100,000-500,000), using tools such as MS Excel and Python
- Tableau
- Knowledge of AI systems and capabilities of such systems. (Not actual development)
- Proven track record of managing and mentoring a team ranging from data scrappers, software developers and engineers
