Job Summary
Data Products Manager – APAC responsible for delivering and optimising digital data products and capabilities that support the VELYS ecosystem within the DePuy Synthes portfolio. Operates with a high degree of autonomy and regional scope, applying advanced product management expertise to APAC execution, collaborating with Global teams and APAC stakeholders to ensure digital solutions are implemented, scaled, and continuously improved. Manages regional execution and insight generation without direct people management. Key activities include adapting global digital/data strategy to APAC needs, leading digital product initiatives with cross-functional APAC teams, coordinating with Global partners, delivering updates to regional stakeholders, coordinating inputs across business technology, privacy, regulatory, product, and commercial functions for compliant regional implementation, planning and conducting user research (voice-of-customer and usability testing), supporting market research and post-launch evaluation, providing regional feedback for global evolution, and supporting commercialisation efforts for VELYS digital products in APAC. Preference for candidates with a Master’s degree and 3+ years in relevant digital product roles, healthcare experience, and experience in international/matrix organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred (Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, MBA, Digital)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital product management or a closely related digital role, operating with limited supervision
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in healthcare; orthopaedics preferred
- Demonstrated experience working in international, matrix-based organisations
- Experience with connected platforms, data-enabled solutions, and digital health programmes
- Strong analytical, prioritisation, and structured problem-solving skills
- Experience applying usability and customer-centred design methodologies
- Track record of delivering meaningful digital product impact as an individual contributor
