Job Summary
Data Products Associate will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of innovative data products that support the firm’s data and analytics strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable product features, enable APIs and self-service data access, support governance and compliance, and work with enterprise platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake) to ensure scalable data storage, processing, and analytics. You will monitor product performance, track KPIs, and drive improvements to deliver business value while upholding privacy, protection, and auditability standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in data product development, analytics, or technology delivery
- Good understanding of the product development life cycle and technical design principles
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting stakeholder requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in data strategy, product management, or analytics within financial services or a related industry
- Working knowledge of data, AI, and emerging technologies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
