Job Summary
Own and prioritize product backlogs to ensure delivery aligns with business needs, acting as the trusted point of contact for backlog decisions on scope and value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear product roadmaps and lead alignment through product councils and governance forums. Guide teams through Agile ways of working, support data ceremonies, and manage the lifecycle of data products including incident management and continuous improvement. This role is based in Kingfisher's Head Office in Paddington with an expectation of 12 days a month in the office.
