Job Summary
Data Product Manager to own a portfolio of data products within a domain—defining purpose, users, scope, and success criteria; maintain the domain product roadmap with transparent trade-offs; serve as the primary interface between domain leadership and data delivery teams; define metrics, logic, and SLAs; drive adoption and ensure products are discoverable, trusted, and actually used; own cost and usage accountability and oversee governance, quality, and regulatory standards with clear ownership, lineage, and metadata. Requires 5+ years in data product management or closely related roles within financial services, strong stakeholder management, and a commercial mindset focused on value vs. spend. Hybrid working model in Bristol, UK with 37.5 hours per week and an initial multi-stage interview process.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in data product management, analytics, or closely related roles within financial services
- Strong product management capability in a data/analytics context
- Ability to define data products with clear commercial or operational outcomes
- Experience partnering with Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Data Science, and Data Governance teams
- Experience working in regulated environments with certified reporting outputs
