Job Summary
Data Product Manager to lead data initiatives in the Risk, Trust and Operations units. Collaborate with business teams to understand data challenges, elicit requirements as user stories with acceptance criteria, translate roadmap features into well-defined requirements, and partner with Data Engineering to deliver value. Drive agile delivery, maintain domain expertise, bring innovative data solutions, and contribute to the PM community. Experience with data warehouses/pipelines, SQL and Python, and designing data strategies for automated/self-service analytics are needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner delivering impactful data products
- Experience working with data warehouse and data pipeline technologies
- Experience designing data strategies for both automated and self-service reporting and/or analytics
- Demonstrated ability to lead the product development of highly visible product or key vertical within a company’s portfolio both strategically and tactically
- Experience using SQL, Python and a variety of reporting and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with streaming and Lake House architecture preferred
- Self-starter able to work autonomously and collaboratively within an agile team
- Exceptional analysis skills
- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating stakeholder workshops
- Ability to constructively challenge and question as well as actively listen
- High level of self-awareness and understanding of organizational behavior
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
