Data Product Manager, Dynamic Assortment - (Quick Commerce)

Data Product Manager for Dynamic Assortment within Quick Commerce leads end-to-end data products powering the intelligent digital shelf. Owns ideation, model development, experimentation, and performance monitoring to influence metrics like conversion rate, average order value, and customer retention. Defines and prioritizes the product roadmap, partners with data scientists and engineers to develop ML models for personalized curation and substitution, designs and analyzes A/B tests, and drives initiatives such as the Category Tree structure, Category Recommendation engine, merchandising and cross-listing models. Collaborates with Merchandising, Catalog, Data Analytics, Platforms Product, and commercial teams to align on data-driven strategies. Requires 3–5 years in technical data-product PM roles, expertise with personalization/recommendation engines, strong SQL and data-notebook skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Hybrid work arrangement in Berlin (2 days on campus) with a focus on delivering scalable data-informed features for a global audience, and a commitment to customer-centric, data-driven decision-making.
