Job Summary
Partner with sales, finance, marketing, and logistics leaders to ensure processes are understood and changes are effectively implemented. Track actions and issues to ensure timely resolution, while managing services, vendors, contracts, and service level agreements. Offer suggestions to enhance experience strategies and drive operational excellence using performance metrics and analysis. Maintain close oversight of data products, governance, and quality across sales, supply chain, and marketing domains. This role requires a minimum of five years in data analytics or engineering within FMCG or retail, with proven leadership experience in designing and implementing data products. The position is part of Mondelēz International Digital Services, a global team delivering best-in-class service and value creation.
Required Qualifications
- Min 5 years in Data Analytics, Data Management or Analytics Engineering for FMCG or Retail companies
- Experience in leadership position
- Proved experience in designing and implementing data products on Sales, Supply Chain and/or Marketing Domain
- Solid experience in data domains structures, data governance & quality, data products cycle
- SQL – Intermediate/Advanced
- Python – Intermediate
- Academic background Engineering, economics, computer science
- Working in a project-driven organization
- Managing multiple and diverse stakeholders
- Your specific discipline (in-depth)
- Change management and governance processes
- Influencing and communicating with others
- Presentation skills
- Compliance and controls (experience in audits or part of programs where compliance is important)
- Working effectively in a constantly changing environment and using initiative and personal resourcefulness
Desired Qualifications
- AI - Agent creation, prompt skills and vide coding is a plus
