Job Summary
Manage the lifecycle of clinical data assets, treating them as high-quality products that power insights and AI initiatives. Act as the custodian of the Master Data Management strategy, ensuring core entities remain consistent across all AI and analytics products. Enforce data governance through unified metadata management, securing clear lineage and strict access controls while ensuring compliance with global clinical regulations. Oversee the health of the data assembly line using automated testing and CI/CD principles to enable continuous delivery. Implement real-time monitoring to detect pipeline anomalies and reduce data debt by standardizing transformation logic. Requires Azure cloud experience, proficiency with Microsoft Purview or Databricks Unity Catalog, and 2+ years in data governance within a regulated industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- 2+ years of demonstrable experience data governance and/or master data management
- Professional experience within the Azure cloud environment
- Experience with data warehouses and/or Databricks
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview and/or Databricks Unity Catalog for centralized discovery and access control
- proficiency with Profisee, Informatica, or Ataccama
