Job Summary
Create and implement in-house production schedules; prepare daily reports and verify accurate printing and storage of department reports; maintain hardware and software equipment (computers, scanners, printers); maintain inventory control procedures for inventory accuracy; provide excellent customer service across multiple facilities; assist with internal audits by providing required information or reports; travel up to 25%; work in cold/dry storage environments with PPE; flexible work schedule including weekends; Lineage Logistics role within temperature-controlled food-supply operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-year systems support experience or equivalent technical training
- Knowledge of computer operating systems, networks, printer/scanner setup, and technical troubleshooting
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment
- Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times can be loud
- Must be flexible with a shift, including weekends if needed
