Job Summary
Process ACH transactions, handle check processing and reconciliations, and manage wires, ATM transactions, and deposits. Perform nightly updates on core processing systems, troubleshoot operational issues, and respond to internet banking emails. Monitor daily workflow to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining production and accuracy standards. Comply with all federal and state banking regulations, including BSA/AML/OFAC policies, and participate in required training. Assist with system maintenance, upgrades, and new releases while providing backup support across departments. Shift 8-5pm with one week monthly between 11:30am-9pm.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Technical proficiency with banking systems and data entry
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently
- Must be able to stoop, crouch, stand, walk, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
- Must be able to finger, grasp, perform repetitive motions, talk, hear, read, and write
- Must have close visual acuity
- Must be able to interpret data
- Must be able to make decisions
- Must be able to organize
- Must be able to travel to branches/departments, bank events, or required bank meetings and training sessions
- Must be able to travel locally to branches/departments, bank events, or required bank meetings and training sessions
- Must be available for shift 8-5pm
- Must be available for 1 week a month between hours 11:30am-9pm
