Job Summary
Convert route and student data from third-party exports and Excel documents into First Student platforms, ensuring accurate submission and adherence to standard operating procedures. Perform data validation and analysis on loaded datasets, providing feedback to locations to achieve business goals. Support First Student products by collaborating with Application Development Teams for resolution and escalate data integration issues to Customer, Operations, or IT as needed. Manage time effectively by prioritizing tasks and handling special projects assigned by leadership. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, MIS, or Computer Science, proficiency in MS-Excel and macro building, and working knowledge of SQL or Oracle. Starting compensation ranges from $50,000 to $55,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, MIS, Computer Science or related field
- Excellent Communication Skills (Oral/Written)
- Excellent Customer Satisfaction Skills
- Ability to work multiple projects
- Proficient in MS-Excel and macro building
- Working knowledge of relational database experience, specifically with SQL and/or Oracle
- Working knowledge of routing concepts and/or any commercial mapping software tools
