Data Privacy Paralegal

Job Summary
Manage all DSAR requests for the company and provide privacy support including implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Privacy Program software. Collaborate on process recommendations and assist with all privacy impact assessments handled by the Legal Department. Provide contract support including collecting and maintaining records related to contracts, such as signatures, dates and amendments, while offering legal support for department attorneys. Requires a high school diploma or GED, with an Associate's degree preferred, and 2-4 years of relevant experience supporting privacy initiatives. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with strong communication skills and the ability to handle high volume of work. Onsite position in Arlington, Texas.
Required Qualifications

- 2-4 years relevant experience supporting privacy initiatives including DSAR requests
- Experience operating efficiently within privacy platform
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong skills in Microsoft Word

Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree or vocation or technical school degree in Paralegal studies, IT or a related field
- Experience in evaluating privacy risk through privacy impact assessments (PIAs) varying in complexity
