Job Summary

Conduct privacy risk assessments of new products and processes, analyzing personal data flows and roles to identify risks and mitigants. Advise product and infrastructure teams on privacy-by-design principles, including data minimization, anonymization, and consent management. Maintain global legal compliance documentation such as Records of Processing Activities and Data Protection Impact Assessments. Manage the OneTrust privacy compliance software tool and leverage technology like Agentic AI to automate workflows and enhance team efficiency. Operate proactively to support day-to-day privacy operation matters globally within the Global Privacy Team.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience at a multinational company as a privacy manager, privacy or information security engineer, quality analyst, or similar role, with a focus on integrating privacy and security principles into the architecture of systems and products
  • Proven track record of analyzing risks and designing effective mitigation strategies, translating technical and legal concepts between different teams, and the ability to maintain detailed and accurate records
  • Strong skills in Jira, Asana, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of global privacy laws and regulations, privacy principles, data anonymization, security engineering, and data governance principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively towards solutions, balancing legal and regulatory risks with business goals, in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
  • Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges
  • Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
  • Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, business administration, risk management, computer science, or at least 3 years' experience working in a related field
