Job Summary
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of data initiatives by developing charters, managing program plans, and setting performance benchmarks for data product services. Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical scopes, apply Agile principles for backlog refinement, and build reusable data assets. Maintain forward-looking roadmaps for platform capabilities, develop leadership dashboards for portfolio visibility, and ensure products meet regulatory and ethical standards. Prioritize requests based on organizational needs while measuring business impact and usability. No travel required; 8+ years of experience in program management and Agile delivery preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Proven record to define, scope, and manage sophisticated programs and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and successful delivery within timeline, budget, and quality standards
- Expertise in coordinating a portfolio of initiatives, with the ability to consolidate, analyse, and report on program health, status, and impact
- A consistent record of applying Agile principles to promote iterative progress and adaptability
- Proficiency with JIRA, Smartsheet, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project)
- Ability to evaluate incoming requests, prioritise based on organisational needs, and make data-informed decisions
- Demonstrated ability to work optimally with multiple teams and collaborators, encouraging a collaborative and aligned environment
- 8+ years of experience
Desired Qualifications
- Delivery of enterprise data platforms, analytics platforms, or data engineering solutions
- Experience coordinating large-scale platform migrations or modernization initiatives
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release management, and software deployment practices
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance principles
- Experience working within globally distributed engineering organizations
