Job Summary
Contribute to data architecture work by supporting the development of the target-state data platform and its processes. Execute hands-on data governance, set up principles across domains in Collibra, and lead data teams toward defined objectives. Audit MyAccess and Power BI workspaces, produce reports, and own information modeling tasks to align business entities across systems. Run delivery sprints with the team in DevOps and collaborate with commercial stakeholders on project leadership responsibilities. This hands-on role builds the data foundation for digital transformation at UPM Adhesive Materials, where you will work with Snowflake, DBT, and Microsoft Fabric to drive AI and automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- strong data and platform engineering background
- strong technical foundation: data modeling, analysis, and Power BI
- working knowledge of modern data platforms: Snowflake, DBT, Microsoft Fabric
- familiar with documentation and governance tooling: Collibra, Ellie
- interest in AI-driven process reinvention: Foundry, Copilot Studio
- good commercial sense and the appetite to work beyond technical teams
- fast learner, open to acquiring new skills quickly
- Experience working across functions and geographies
- Project leadership and stakeholder engagement experience
