Job Summary
Lead the design and evolution of the organization's end-to-end data strategy; design and implement a SQL Server-based enterprise data warehouse; build and optimize data pipelines, models, and BI solutions (T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI); establish data governance, quality, and documentation standards; mentor and guide a team of data professionals; partner with business leaders to translate data into actionable insights; modernize and improve existing data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Data Platform Lead or similar leadership role
- Advanced expertise in T-SQL and Power BI
- Strong experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL-based systems
- Proven ability to lead/mentor technical teams while remaining hands-on
- Ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Education: Bachelor’s plus 3 years experience, or Associate plus 5–7 years experience, or 8+ years of relevant experience
