Design and implement the overall data platform blueprint, ensuring seamless integration between systems and data models. Collaborate with Integration and Data Architects to align efforts, lead team decisions, and provide cross-team solutions. Engage with multiple teams on key decisions, facilitate knowledge sharing, and mentor junior members to uphold architectural standards. Lead the development of data platform strategies that support evolving business requirements and future scalability.
Required Qualifications
- 12 year(s) of experience
- 15 years full time education
- Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and data modeling principles
- Ability to design scalable and secure data architectures that support complex analytics workloads
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of data pipelines and storage solutions
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform
- Must be an SME
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
- Lead the development and refinement of data platform strategies to meet evolving business requirements
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among cross-functional teams to enhance platform effectiveness
