Job Summary
Lead the Acquiring Data & Analytics Platform product team across Corporate and Investment Banking Merchant Services; define and own the product vision, multi-year roadmap, and strategy for the platform; manage a team of product managers and analytics leaders delivering productized insights and data services; drive adoption, commercialization, and value realization of data products with clear pricing and packaging; partner with engineering, data science, and architecture to deliver resilient, secure analytics products; establish governance around data quality, metadata, lineage, and model lifecycle; govern data ingestion, onboarding, and pipelines to ensure reliable, timely analytics-ready data; ensure adherence to data protection, privacy, model risk, and regulatory requirements with audit readiness; recruit, develop, and retain top product and analytics talent; oversee vendor relationships and data partnerships to optimize speed, cost, quality, and risk; leverage modern data platforms and tools (e.g., Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, Python, Alteryx) to support outcomes and scale globally.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications
- 15+ years in product management, data and analytics, or platform leadership within payments, merchant acquiring, or technology-enabled financial services
- 5+ years leading product managers/analysts and multi-disciplinary teams at scale
- Deep familiarity with the payments value chain (merchants, brands, acquirers, networks, issuers) and associated data assets
- Experience operating within complex, regulated environments with strong risk, controls, and compliance requirements
- Working knowledge of modern data platforms and toolchains (e.g., Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, Python, Alteryx)
- Ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-LOB alignment
- Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, and outcome-focused across written, verbal, and executive storytelling formats
- High achievement orientation; able to motivate teams around results, accountability, and client impact
- Strong interpersonal skills; builds trust quickly and sustains long-term partnerships
