Job Summary
Conduct fashion industry and competitor research to drive mid-term strategy and business plan development. Identify growth drivers, define and monitor KPIs, and perform data investigation for demand analysis and sales process improvement. Develop BI tools and performance reports, while identifying SCM strategies and resolving operational issues. Manage project milestones and lead new service or business development initiatives through strategic alliances with major apparel companies. Requires experience in data processing, SQL, and BI tool creation within an e-commerce context.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in data processing and analysis
- Data-based strategic and service planning and proposal work
- Data aggregation using Excel (functions, Pivot)
- Basic knowledge of statistics
Desired Qualifications
- Design and creation of KPI tools using BI tools
- Data processing and aggregation using SQL
- Data processing, multivariate analysis and visualization using Python/R
- Experience in EC business
- Experience in fashion industry
- Experience in EC business planning
- Experience in digital marketing operations
- Experience in a series of operations involving all departments, including interviews, feasibility checks, process design, execution, and output
- TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability)
- University Degree earned in an English-speaking country
- TOEIC Score of 600 or higher (for fixed-term employees)
- English (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
- Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
