Job Summary
Maintain data systems by tracking and entering performance data for State systems and ensure integrity of inputs through technical assistance to contractors. Analyze and draw insights from large quantitative and qualitative datasets using statistical modeling to determine program effectiveness and manage performance via Department of Labor, Michigan One-Stop, and DESC data management systems. Fulfill data requests, monitor federally funded programs for issues, and collaborate with evaluators to recommend modifications that improve outcomes. Manage large datasets to develop recommendations correcting performance anomalies while communicating findings to leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or certification in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Public Policy, Applied Statistics/Mathematics, or another related field
- At least five (5) years of related professional experience
- At least three (3) years of experience in a role that focused on data and performance management
- Valid State of Michigan Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance
- Background check
- Drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant experience working in a nonprofit, education or community-based organization
- Experience researching and analyzing training and workforce initiatives or other social service programs
