Job Summary
Develop and administer a performance data tracking system to monitor contractual compliance and obligations for SER/SERCO Detroit contracts. Analyze performance outcomes by comparing actual results to planned goals, evaluate service delivery processes, and identify gaps in quality controls. Implement and manage a system-wide database for Detroit operations with expansion capabilities, while assisting with systems migration and integration. Act as the liaison between third-party contractors and funding sources to ensure internal reporting mechanisms meet specific metrics. Generate performance data reports and develop organizational indicators, scorecards, and dashboards related to service quality. Work with data teams to improve data collection techniques and ensure accuracy, while developing guidelines for uniform data entry and collection processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in data management/management information systems (MIS)
- Analytical ability to identify and resolve data/system errors and upgrades
- Interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication with staff and partner agencies in non-technical terms
- Ability to sit for long periods at a computer terminal
- Mental ability to handle pressures related to meeting deadlines and performing repetitive tasks requiring concentration and attention to detail
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word
- Valid Michigan driver's license
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Reliable means of transportation to travel to various locations outside of the office
