Job Summary
Data Operations Senior Associate responsible for ensuring data quality and conformity in Regulatory Reporting submissions. Focuses on maintaining high-quality data, improving data sourcing processes, resolving control breaks, and driving improvements through data quality rules and procedures. Uses tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Excel, JIRA, and Confluence to design and maintain data workflows and support the multi-year strategic controls roadmap, with a strong emphasis on data analysis fundamentals and the ability to document and design data flows.
Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of data analysis fundamentals
- Experience in documenting and designing process and data flows
- Strong data-centric and problem-solving mindset with ability to tackle complex challenges
- Willingness to develop new skills and learn new tools to implement proposed solutions
- Experience using Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Excel, JIRA, Confluence for data work
- Ability to support delivery of multi-year strategic controls roadmap
