Job Summary
Senior Data Operations Analyst responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of master data changes (customer, material, vendor, finance) with a focus on data quality, standardization, and audit trails. The role involves running data performance reports, resolving daily cases, supplier research, email/finance-system follow-ups, process improvements, data enrichment, and cross-functional collaboration across global partners. Primarily aligned to US shift with flexibility to support ANZ and Europe business hours; requires experience with SAP/MDG and a background in data management within finance, procurement, or supply chain.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in DATA/Operations/Procurement / Supply chain or Finance field experience
- Sound experience in SAP and MDG is preferred
- Experience in data structures or data management/administration
- Experience of working cross culturally and in an international environment
- Ability to communicate and influence across different levels in the organisation
- Engaging and collaborative way of working
- Shared service centre experience
