Job Summary
Data Operations Lead to own and scale the operational lifecycle of biomedical data partnerships, coordinating onboarding, secure data transfers, harmonization of clinical and multi-omics datasets, pipeline automation, data quality oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with Data Science, Engineering, Legal, and Partnerships teams. Role requires cloud data infrastructure experience (AWS S3, security/compliance workflows), strong scripting (Python, SQL), and ability to manage external collaborations with hospitals, biobanks, CROs, and research laboratories. Remote-friendly with potential site visits to partner institutions; emphasis on data governance, metadata standards, ingestion pipelines, and operational reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
