Job Summary
Manage multiple ODB implementation projects and ensure accurate, timely data operations for Clinical Database and Operational Database mapping initiatives. Participate in CDB Resource Manager, Lab, and Reported Financials mapping activities to identify cost, utilization, and clinical opportunities. Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational support activities, process enhancements, and the development of optimized data intake and reporting workflows. Analyze and troubleshoot data quality issues, mapping discrepancies, and workflow inefficiencies while identifying automation opportunities and implementing innovative solutions. Serve as a subject matter expert for ODB mapping workflows and methodologies, establishing collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders. Contribute to process documentation, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of AI-enabled tools to drive performance and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, analytics, information systems, or related field
- 2 or more years of relevant experience
- Experience in data analysis, data operations, healthcare analytics, or related operational environments
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
- Experience with Vizient's CDB and ODB
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, analytics, information systems, or related field preferred
- Experience with Power Platform tools, including Power BI and Power Automate
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and technologies to improve workflows and operational efficiency
- Previous healthcare data, clinical data, or healthcare operations experience
