Job Summary
Manage data acquisition, quality assurance, and analytic delivery for an assigned portfolio of clients. Coordinate with the Service Delivery Lead to deliver products and services, manage new system implementations, and communicate data requirements to clients. Ensure client information adheres to Sg2 data specification and quality standards while executing internal operations to meet analytical delivery date expectations. Prioritize data operations projects based on client needs and turn-around requirements, identifying opportunities to enhance acquisition and processing processes. Communicate project status to internal and external constituents and coordinate with client IT resources.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Skills with analyzing data using SQL Server
- Writing SQL Stored Procedures and Queries
- Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- The ability to express technical and data issues with client and internal Sg2 teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects and clients simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant degree
- Experience with healthcare data (ICD-9/10, CPT, DRG) within a hospital, healthcare payor, or healthcare services organization
- Experience in project management solution delivery in healthcare, operations management or consulting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
