Job Summary
Data Operations Analyst to support Reference Data functions, handling data categorization and input validation for specific industries/categories (e.g., Beverages, Food, Health and Beauty). Responsible for instructions of client deliverables, cross coding, item-related quality checks, and keeping track of category-specific instructions. Willing to be trained to become a category expert; requires teamwork in a multicultural environment; strong data focus, high accuracy, and analytical thinking. Proficiency in Excel is required; SQL, R, or Python are advantageous. Bachelor's degree in a related field; fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years of data/operational experience are welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin / Statistics or any relevant subjects
- Fresh graduate or with 1 year – 2 years’ experience in data and operational areas are welcome
- Excel is mandatory; SQL, R or Python are plus
