Data Operations Analyst

Job Summary
Data Operations Analyst responsible for reformatting retailer and vendor input files, performing validations and outlier checks, and delivering outputs to the next workstream. Acts as the contact for questionable sales and stores trends, coordinating with Input Validation, Retailer Vertical/Retailer Engagement, and other downstream functions to resolve data, process, or product queries. Plans and executes complex daily workload to meet departmental and company schedules; analyzes gaps and identifies improvements in reformatting and validations within the CIP environment; provides feedback to country teams and drives SOP/best practices; collaborates across Operations/Enablement teams to meet client expectations; operates in a virtual/multi-cultural environment; requires a Bachelor’s degree and English proficiency; familiar with SQL, Python, or R (advantage).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems/ IT/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Economics/ Business or equivalent degree
- Fresh graduate or with 1 year experience in operational areas
- Familiarity with Excel, vlook-up, charts, spreadsheets, and tables
- SQL/ Python / R language (advantage)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem-solving, etc.)
